Replying to an Email
When you open an email, you can reply to the customer by typing an answer or by inserting a predefined answer from a template called Conversation Templates. If you use a predefined answer, you can also edit it to suit the email's content.

Click the Conversation Templates button located below the email; the Conversation Templates dialog box appears: |

Select the relevant template, and then click Select; the predefined answer appears in the email content. |

(Optional) Edit the inserted predefined answer. |
