STNG-7393	After sign-in, users were redirected to a non-existent localized Quick Start URL and received a "404 - Error not found" error, instead of being redirected to the Quick Start page.
STNG-7402	In the Interaction Insight's Welcome email, the placeholder name 'shortCustomerName' was displayed in the salutation, instead of the customer name.
STNG-7391	If a user configured to record audio without recording video made a video call, the call was not recorded at all (not even the audio part).
