For calls conducted in Japanese, the transcription was not segmented correctly by speaker and speaking time.

In the customer web portal, the button for launching on-demand recordings was not visible.

Recording was not stopped at the end of internal meetings.

For users with a certain recording profile, the system could not identify that calls had ended and continued recording for 22 hours.

Record-on-demand interactions from a certain date that were not saved were listed with a Processing status icon () instead of being removed from the Interactions and Active Calls pages.

This issue has been fixed going forward. A cleanup process will be available soon to remove the already existing interactions.

On the Interactions page, certain recordings remained in Processing status and could not be accessed by the customer.
