Efficient Handling of Changes in Teams Meeting Participant List (Delta Roster)

A roster is the list of participants that the Teams bot creates at the start of a Teams meeting and updates whenever participants change.

Before this release, the bot relied on full roster updates. Especially in large meetings, this could delay participant list changes and increase overhead.

In this release, the bot has been updated to support Delta Roster. The bot now processes only incremental participant changes, enabling faster and more efficient roster updates.
