Additional Billing Metrics for Metering
New billing metrics have been introduced for Instant Messaging (IM), SIPREC, Transcription (STT), and Generative AI services, along with retention and storage options:

| IM Users Consumed | The number of IM users currently consuming the licensed quota. |

The maximum number of SIPREC sessions allowed by the license. |

SIPREC Sessions Consumed |
The number of SIPREC sessions currently in use. |
|
GenAI Users Quota |
The total number of users licensed for Generative AI services. |

GenAI Users Consumed |
The number of users currently utilizing Generative AI services. |
|
STT Minutes Used |
The cumulative number of Speech-to-Text minutes used. |
|
STT Monthly Minutes Used |
The number of Speech-to-Text minutes used during the current billing month. |
|
Unlimited Retention |
Indicates whether unlimited data retention is enabled. |
|
Video & Screen Share |
Indicates whether Video and Screen Share storage or processing capabilities are enabled. |
|
User Consumed |
The number of licensed users currently in use. |
|
Users Count |
The total number of users configured in the application. |
In Live Platform, these metrics are displayed as device details for Interaction Insights servers.
