Enhancements for Hosted Essentials Customers

New License count for Hosted Essentials customers, using their E164 prefixes in the Site Locations page.

The Microsoft Tenant Id for Hosted Essentials customers can now be validated in the Onboarding wizard and also in the Microsoft 365 configuration page in the Customer portal. Once validated, customer operators can be configured in the Live Platform Enterprise application on Microsoft Azure for logging into to the Live portal.
