REST API Enhancements

The customers' Microsoft Azure Tenant Id (msTenantId) can be added to the Request Body of the 'Create Direct Routing Essential' endpoint for adding a Hosted Essentials customer with a single site location.

New request /api/v3/customer/{customerGuid}/user for retrieving customer users with pagination capabilities. Added 400 Bad Request and 500 Internal Server Error responses.

Get Channel enhancements including filter query by Direct Routing or Operator Connect Service Type. For example. the request lets you discover whether the queried channel is enabled for the Operator Connect service prior to assigning it to a lead.

A new endpoint request for reloading a specific channel from Live Platform has been added: /api/v3/ovoc/channel/action/ReloadFromOvoc
