Custom Templates Enabled on Tenant or Channel Levels

The Custom Templates feature allows Meeting Insights users to generate AI-powered summaries using templates tailored to their organization. This feature can now be enabled at the Service Provider (Tenant) level and, once enabled, can also be enabled for any of its Channels.

When Custom Templates are enabled, the Custom Templates menu becomes available in the Tenant Management user interface when the Meeting Insights service is added for a Customer.

This capability is controlled through a new 'Enable Custom Templates Management' checkbox, available in both the Tenant Details and Channel Details dialog boxes when adding or editing a Tenant or Channel, respectively.
