Viewing Audit Trail
You can view a log (audit trail) of admin and user activities performed in Meeting Insights by tenants.

Open the Services page (Topology > Services). |

Select the check box corresponding to the required Meeting Insights customer, and then from the Meeting Insights drop-down list, choose Open Management Portal. |

In the Tenant Management navigation pane, click Audit Trail: |

You can filter the audit trail using the following filters: |

Date and Time: Filters by date and time of logged action. |
|
●
|
Name: Filters by name of person that did the action. |
|
●
|
Tenant Name: Filters by tenant. |
|
●
|
Action: Filters by the type of action (add, delete, edit, or view). |
|
●
|
Item: Filters by who did the action (tenant or user). |
|
●
|
Log Description: Filters by a string contained in the logged description. |

To download the audit trail of a tenant to your PC as a .csv file, select the check box corresponding to the tenant, and then click the Export button. |
