Viewing Audit Trail

You can view a log (audit trail) of admin and user activities performed in Meeting Insights by tenants.

To view audit trail:
1. Open the Services page (Topology > Services).
2. Select the check box corresponding to the required Meeting Insights customer, and then from the Meeting Insights drop-down list, choose Open Management Portal.

3. In the Tenant Management navigation pane, click Audit Trail:

4. You can filter the audit trail using the following filters:
Date and Time: Filters by date and time of logged action.
Name: Filters by name of person that did the action.
Tenant Name: Filters by tenant.
Action: Filters by the type of action (add, delete, edit, or view).
Item: Filters by who did the action (tenant or user).
Log Description: Filters by a string contained in the logged description.
5. To download the audit trail of a tenant to your PC as a .csv file, select the check box corresponding to the tenant, and then click the Export button.
