Troubleshooting Loading Dial Plans

This section shows example parsing errors that may be generated when importing dial plan files to Live Platform.

When the details of the prefixes in the file are displayed in red, click the text to open the Rejected Prefixes dialog including explanation for the errors.

The following errors are displayed when the " Tag" value is missing from the header.

Click OK to close the screen. The information message "not loaded" is displayed adjacent to the Dial plan name.

The following error is displayed when the header items include square brackets []. In this case, all prefixes are successfully loaded.

Click OK to close the screen. The information message "loaded 1 of 1 Prefixes" is displayed adjacent to the Dial plan name.

The following error is displayed when there is an empty line in the file.

Click OK to close the screen. The information message "loaded 1 of 1 Prefixes" is displayed adjacent to the Dial plan name.

Click the Back to SbcLocation List to cancel the operation and reload numbers.
