Managing User Licenses
The User License screen monitors the currently assigned user licenses for each tenant based on their purchased available license pool. For each managed user, the UMP-365 calculates the license usage based on the following factors:
| ■ | Managed Users-Direct Routing: User is assigned with Direct Routing Calling licenses. |
| ■ | Managed Users-Operator Connect: User is assigned with Operator Connect Calling licenses. |
| ■ | *Managed Users-By Template: User is assigned with M365 template. |
| ■ | *Managed Users-By User Interface: User properties are updated in UMP-365. |
| ■ | *Managed Service Numbers: User is assigned with Service numbers such as a Fax or Emergency number. |
The user license usage calculation is derived from a single factor. For example, if a user is counted with a Direct Routing license assigned, it will not counted as a user with a template assignment. For the factors indicated with *above, AudioCodes Professional Services can determine whether to apply these license factors in the calculation .
In the following example, an enterprise has purchased 500 licenses. The IT administrator then allocates license with the following composition:

In this case, there are a total of 370 users with licenses assigned, leaving 130 available licenses:
