Voca CIC Onboarding Prerequisites

This section describes the required actions to perform before you can onboard Voca CIC services.

Do the following:

Attach a customer to a channel that is enabled for the Voca CIC service . The channel represents the Voca CIC provider.

2.

Verify that the customer is also enabled for the Voca CIC service.
