Monitoring Audit Trail

The audit trail lets you monitor events performed by users.

To monitor Audit trail:
1. In the Navigation pane, select Audit Trail to display a list of reported audit actions performed on service entity definitions in Live Platform.

The table below describes the fields in the Audit Trail reporting actions performed on the Service entity in the Live Platform portal.

Name

Name of the Live Platform operator performing the action.

Tenant Name

Full Name of the customer tenant service.

Action

One of the following values:

Add Service: Interaction Insights Service was added on Live Platform (see Onboarding Interaction Insights Services)
Edit Service: Interaction Insights Service was edited on Live Platform (see Edit a Service)
Delete Service: Interaction Insights Service was deleted on Live Platform (see Delete a Service)
View Service: Interaction Insights Service was viewed on Live Platform (see View a Service)

Tenant
User

Log Description

Description of the log event.

2. Click the New Tenant button to add a tenant (see Onboarding Interaction Insights Services).
