Introduction

AudioCodes Live Service Delivery Platform provides Meeting Insights as a Service (MIaaS). The service is multi-tenant (shareable), installed only once, on AudioCodes’ cloud, i.e., on the AudioCodes Live Service Delivery Platform (see here for more information about the AudioCodes Live Service Delivery Platform).

On that installation instance, multiple tenants (customers) can be added and operations such as Create, Delete, Edit, View and Open Tenants Portal can be performed.

AudioCodes Live Service Delivery Platform customers receive the Meeting Insights service as part of the platform.

When the platform is delivered to Service Providers, the Service Provider’s admin installs and deploys it for the Service Provider’s customers, including the Meeting Insights service.

When the platform is given to AudioCodes’ customers, AudioCodes Professional Services installs and deploys it for AudioCodes’ customers, including the Meeting Insights service.
