Management Statuses

Management statuses are aggregated for the management of the Customers (see Customer Management), Services (see Services Management), Devices (seeDevices Management) and SIP Connections (SIP Connections Management) entities. Statuses are aggregated based on the following:

Deployment status (see Deploy Status and Status Indicators)
SIP Connection:
Voice Quality (QoE) status: Indicates the QoE status for aggregated calls reported to the Voice Quality Package server from the site location SBC.
Management status: Indicates the status of the connection between the single site location SBC and the SIP Trunk/BYOC/IP-PBX.
For customer with single SIP Connections (site locations), statuses are aggregated for the single site.
For customer with multiple SIP Connections (site locations), statuses are aggregated across all sites.
Devices:
Voice Quality (QoE) status: Indicates the QoE status for aggregated calls reported from all managed AudioCodes devices.
Management status: Indicates the status of the connection between the customer tenant and the device.

Statuses are aggregated according to the following categories:

Error
Warning
OK
Unmonitored

For example, in the Customers Summary below, a breakdown is shown for all customers on the Live Platform instance. A total of 400 customers are deployed, 271 of these have the aggregated OK status, 66 have errors, 3 have warnings and 60 are unmonitored.

When you select the check box for a specific customer, the Details tab is displayed. View the aggregated QoE and Management statuses for the customer. This data is aggregated from all managed customer entities including services and SIP connections. Click the Services tab to view the managed services. View the aggregated statuses for each service.

Click the Services tab to view all services deployed under the customer. Aggregated statuses are displayed for each customer.

Error

Customer status is Error when one or more of the following exists:

Deployment status of at least one site location is "Error".
QoE status of at least one site location is "Error".
SIP Connection status of at least one site location is "Error".
Devices status of at least one site location is "Error".

Unmonitored

Customer status is Unmonitored when all of the following exist:

Deployment status of all site locations is "Unmonitored".
QoE status of all site locations is "Unmonitored".
SIP Connection of all site locations is "Unmonitored".
Devices status of all site locations is "Unmonitored".

Warning

Customer status is Warning when one or more of the following exists:

The Deployment status of at least one site location is "Warning".
QoE status of at least one site location is "Warning".
One of the customer tenant's connections to their Azure Active Directory is disconnected.

OK

Customer status is OK when all of the following exists:

Deployment Status of all customers is "OK" or "Unmonitored".
Voice quality status of all customers is "OK" or "Unmonitored".
All the tenant customer Azure platforms are connected.
