The Operator Connect REST API lets you create Consentless leads for your tenant and then create services from these leads, applying the Hosted Essentials license in the process. Once your service has been created, you can then load numbers to your new service. You can then upgrade your service to Hosted Essentials Plus and Hosted Pro license modules which enables additional capabilities including assigning numbers to your M365 tenant users and configuring their Active Directory attributes. Once upgraded, you can also add SIP Connections for additional sites. The API synchronizes between the following entities: Live Platform, Microsoft Operator Connect, customer M365 tenant platform and AudioCodes SBC device. Consequently prior to running requests, you need to retrieve data that must be configured in the Body of specific requests including:

SBC and M365 Onboarding script information including the CLI scripts that are used to configure the SBC device used to manage M365 calling.

Calling Profiles that are assigned when uploading numbers. The Calling Profiles are retrieved from Microsoft Operator Connect including the telephony configuration of the PSTN trunk used to route calls made by M365 users.
