Leads Management

New Operator Connect leads can be created using one of the following methods:

The end customer chooses their desired partner operator in their Teams admin center and in the process configures the countries for which they which to connect calls and provides consent to their Service provider. As a result, a new lead is generated on the Operator Connect portal (see Creating Consented Leads in Teams admin center).
The Service Provider directly creates a new consent less lead that is sent to the Operator Connect portal (see Create Consentless Lead).

Once the lead is generated, you can use the Get All OC Leads to retrieve a list of all existing leads or Get Specific OC Lead for Customer to retrieve a specific customer lead.

For new Consented leads a webhook can be configured informing the Service Provider that new leads have signed up for the service (see Trigger Notification Email for New Leads).
