Loading Numbers from Operator Connect Portal (Optional)
Phone numbers can be optionally loaded to a customer lead from the Synergy application.

To load numbers to a customer lead: |

1.

In the Synergy app Navigation pane, select Number Management > Manage by Tenant. |
|
2.
|
Enter the Tenant Id for the tenant for which you wish to upload numbers. A list of currently acquired numbers are displayed. |

3.
|
Click Upload Numbers to upload new numbers. |
|
4.
|
Assign a Calling Profile. |
|
5.
|
Enter the Ticket ID if available and required. |
|
6.
|
Enter the desired numbers to add to the tenant. |
|
7.
|
Select the Country and then click Submit. |
|
8.
|
In the Multitenant portal, open the Number Management page (Number Management > Number Management) to view the loaded numbers. |
