Loading Numbers from Operator Connect Portal (Optional)

Phone numbers can be optionally loaded to a customer lead from the Synergy application.

To load numbers to a customer lead:
1. In the Synergy app Navigation pane, select Number ManagementManage by Tenant.
2. Enter the Tenant Id for the tenant for which you wish to upload numbers. A list of currently acquired numbers are displayed.

3. Click Upload Numbers to upload new numbers.

4. Assign a Calling Profile.

5. Enter the Ticket ID if available and required.
6. Enter the desired numbers to add to the tenant.
7. Select the Country and then click Submit.
8. In the Multitenant portal, open the Number Management page (Number Management > Number Management) to view the loaded numbers.
