Add SBC Devices

You can connect new SBC devices to the Multitenant instance and then configure them when onboarding a service and in Day Two when adding site locations and assigning Dial Plan tags.

To add a new SBC device:
1. In the Multitenant portal Navigation pane, click SBC List. A list of managed SBC devices is displayed.

2. Click to add a new SBC device (the new connection is by default secured over HTTPS).

3. Enter the name of the SBC device.
4. Enter the IP address of the SBC device.
5. Ensure that the Use https check box is selected.
6. Enter the Device FQDN.
7. Enter the Gateway username and password.
8. Click to apply the changes.
9. Click to refresh the connection between the SBC devices list and the Live Platform server.
