Add SBC Devices
You can connect new SBC devices to the Multitenant instance and then configure them when onboarding a service and in Day Two when adding site locations and assigning Dial Plan tags.
➢ | To add a new SBC device: |
1. | In the Multitenant portal Navigation pane, click SBC List. A list of managed SBC devices is displayed. |
2. | Click to add a new SBC device (the new connection is by default secured over HTTPS). |
3. | Enter the name of the SBC device. |
4. | Enter the IP address of the SBC device. |
5. | Ensure that the Use https check box is selected. |
6. | Enter the Device FQDN. |
7. | Enter the Gateway username and password. |
8. | Click to apply the changes. |
9. | Click to refresh the connection between the SBC devices list and the Live Platform server. |
