Download Dial Plan from Managed SBC (Import Customer Service)
This option enables you import dial plans from the SBC device including either Direct Routing or Operator Connect numbers that are not managed through Live Platform. Once imported, Live Platform creates the corresponding Direct Routing and Operator Connect customer services. During this process, Live Platform queries the uniqueness of the Dial plan rule name with the matching derived Trunk FQDN or Azure Tenant ID of the customer service. Once imported, the customer service shortname inherits the Dialplan rule name.

1. | In the SBC List, click Import. |
A list of customer services are displayed.
Customers that have already been imported to Live Platform are not displayed, unless the matching tag FQDN PSTN Gateway/Customer Azure Tenant ID are different. In this case, both rules are imported and added to the same customer.
2. | Click the Import button adjacent to the customer service that you wish to import. The customer is imported. The Service type created on Live Platform is created according to the Dial plan type. |

Once a specific dial plan is uploaded, it is removed from the list. An exception exists when two Dial plan rules are created with the same name however with different tag values. In the example below, two Dial plan rules have been created with the name "BradTrunk", however the tag values are different. In this case, both of the rules are displayed in the Import page.
