Accounts
An account contains all Live Hub configuration and data. Every resource belongs to a single account and is accessible only within that account.
Resources include bot connections, voice channels, routing rules, campaigns, calls and recordings, and the usage data used for billing.
A user is the person who signs in to Live Hub. Users and accounts are separate entities. Neither owns the other.
- An account can have multiple users, each with their own permissions. For more information, see Users and access.
- A user can belong to multiple accounts, with different permissions in each account, and can switch between them. For more information, see Switch accounts.
My account does not refer to your user sign-in. It refers to an account that your user can access.
You already have an account. During your first sign-in, Live Hub prompts you to create a standalone account, which starts on the Trial plan. For more information, see Sign up and Account plans.
This section covers the accounts that you create after setup and the settings that apply at the account level.
