Mitel Contact Center
This guide connects a Mitel contact center to Live Hub. Complete the following steps:
- Create a SIP connection in Live Hub.
- Configure all Mitel Call Center entities.
- Update the SIP connection in Live Hub.
Create a SIP connection in Live Hub
The connection is created with default settings.
To create the SIP connection that represents your Mitel Call Center account:

Log in to Live Hub.

In the Navigation pane, select SIP connections, and then click Add new SIP connection.

Select the General tab, and then under the General group:
- In the 'Name' field, enter a unique SIP connection name (for example, Mitel).
- From the 'Provider type' drop-down list, select Contact Center.
- From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select Mitel Call Center.

Select the Incoming tab, and then under the Authentication group:
- Select the 'FQDN (Request-URI)' check box.
- Copy the 'SIP connection FQDN' value that appears. You need this value when you configure your Mitel Call Center.

Click Create.
Configure all Mitel Call Center entities
To configure the Mitel Call Center:
- Download the Mitel interop document.
- Complete the Mitel Call Center configuration.
Update the SIP connection in Live Hub
To update the Mitel Call Center SIP connection:

Log in to Live Hub.

In the Navigation pane, select the Mitel Call Center connection that you created earlier.

Select the Outgoing tab, and under the Addresses group, click Add to create a new entry.
- In the 'ADDRESS' field, enter the
{address}of your Mitel Call Center. - In the 'PORT' field, enter the
{port}of your Mitel Call Center. - In the 'PROTOCOL' field, enter the
{protocol}of your Mitel Call Center.

Click Update to apply the new parameters to the SIP connection.
