TATA Communications SIP Trunking
This guide connects a TATA Communications SIP trunk to Live Hub. Complete the following steps:
Get the TATA Communications SIP trunk server address
Contact TATA Communications customer support through the Contact Us form on the TATA Communications website. Ask them to provide the SIP Trunk Server Address, either an FQDN or an IP address.
Create a SIP connection in Live Hub
To create the SIP connection that represents your TATA Communications SIP trunk:

Log in to Live Hub.

In the Navigation pane, select SIP connections, and then click Add new SIP connection.

Select the General tab:

Under the General group:
- In the 'Name' field, enter a unique SIP connection name (for example, TATA).
- From the 'Provider type' drop-down list, select SIP Trunk.
- From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select TATA Communications SIP Trunk.

Select the Incoming tab:
- Under the Authentication group, select the 'FQDN (Request-URI)' and 'Source IP address' check boxes.
- Copy the 'SIP connection FQDN' value that appears. Give this value to the TATA Communications representative, so that they can configure the outbound connection from your SIP trunk toward Live Hub.

Select the Outgoing tab:

Under the Addresses group, click Add to create a new entry.
- In the 'ADDRESS' field, enter the SIP Trunk Server Address that the TATA Communications representative provided.
- In the 'PORT' field, enter
5061. - In the 'PROTOCOL' field, enter
TLS.
