How Teams users are calculated
For billing purposes, the number of Teams users is based on the number of Licensed Users configured for your Teams tenant connection.
You define the number of Licensed Users when connecting your Teams tenant to Live Hub. You can update this number at any time using the Configure action.
The minimum number of Licensed Users is 1.
How Teams Direct Routing is billed
Teams Direct Routing is charged based on the selected license type and the number of configured Licensed Users.
The monthly per-user charge is calculated throughout the month. Charges are deducted hourly as a fraction of the monthly cost.
Teams-to-SIP minutes are included in the per-user price, up to 500 minutes per Teams user per month. The total included minutes are calculated as:
Number of Licensed Users × 500 minutes
For example, if your account has 100 Licensed Users, the account receives 50,000 included Teams-to-SIP minutes for the month.
If the account exceeds the included monthly minutes, additional minutes are billed according to the Live Hub pricing schema.
Other Live Hub traffic, such as Teams-to-bot calls, calls from AudioCodes-supplied numbers to Teams, or calls that do not use Teams connectivity, is billed separately according to the Live Hub pricing schema.
