View monthly billing reports
Live Hub allows you to view monthly billing reports for your account.
You can view billing history if you have Live Hub billing privileges, such as Billing Administrator or Billing Viewer. For more information, see Overview of users management.
Billing reports can have one of the following statuses:

Active – The report for the current month. This report is updated throughout the month until the final report is generated.

Closed – The final report for a previous month. Closed reports cannot be changed.
To view billing history:

In the navigation pane, select Billing.

Select the Monthly Billing Reports tab.

Select the year for which you want to view billing reports.
For Parent accounts, use the Select account menu to choose one of the following:

Aggregated reports – View a consolidated report for all subaccounts.

A specific subaccount – View billing details for that subaccount only.

To view a detailed monthly billing summary, click the relevant report icon for the month.

To download the billing information, click Save as CSV.
Each monthly report summarizes billing activity for the selected month, including call charges, number charges, and credit added to the account.
The Total Amount and Credit Added columns are displayed only for Prepaid accounts. The Credit Added column includes the total tax amount charged during the month.
