Real-Time voice translation
Live Hub offers real-time voice translation, enabling seamless communication between agents and customers who speak different languages. For example, if an agent speaks English and the customer speaks Spanish, the customer will hear the agent's voice translated into Spanish in real-time and vice-versa. This service allows automatic or dynamic activation, defining different STT, TTS, and translation services per language, volume control for each call participant, and more. To enable this feature, you need to configure the voice translation settings.
You can customize the following settings:
