Billing Rounding Policy

Billing is calculated based on actual call duration (no rounding) or in 60 second increments.

Billing without Rounding (Actual Duration)

The following items are billed per actual call duration, with no rounding applied:

• AI Agents Platform

• AI Agent Assit Platform

• STT and TTS Speech services

• Voice translation (active + passive)

Billing in 60-Second Increments

The following items are billed in 60 second increments:

• Inbound PSTN

• Outbound PSTN

• Inbound Bot connection

• Outbound Bot connection

• Agent Assist Bot connection

• Inbound SIP

• Outbound SIP

• Recording

• External recording

• Inbound Click-to-call

• Inbound WhatsApp

• Outbound WhatsApp

Examples

• A call lasting 51 seconds is billed as 60 seconds (1 minute)

• A call lasting 65 seconds is billed as 120 seconds (2 minutes)
