Dialogflow CX

This bot framework is not available to subscriptions created from the Azure marketplace.

The following procedure describes how to create a DialogflowCX bot connection in Live Hub.

  1. In the navigation menu pane, select Bot connections, and then click Add new voice bot connection or Add new assist bot connection; the following appears:

    If you want to discontinue this step, click Close.

  1. Select Dialogflow CX, and then click Next; the following appears:

  2. There are two ways to configure the Dialogflow CX account:

    1. Using Google Dialogflow web site

    2. Using the "Connect your bot" wizard
