Delete a WhatsApp number

Deleting a number involves several steps, including sending a delete request to WhatsApp, removing associated routing rules, deleting the SIP connection, and removing the record from Live Hub.

The following procedure describes how you can delete a WhatsApp number.

To delete a WhatsApp number:

1. In the Navigation pane, expand Voice channels, and then click Whats app numbers.

2. On the WhatsApp number card that you want to delete, click Remove; a confirmation message appears.

3. Click Delete to remove the number. A message appears that the number was successfully deleted.
