Connecting DTAG CompanyFlex SIP Trunking to Live Hub
This section describes how to connect DTAG CompanyFlex SIP Trunking to Live Hub .
To connect DTAG CompanyFlex SIP Trunking to Live Hub:
Configure SIP Trunking in DTAG CompanyFlex portal
The following procedure describes how to configure the SIP Trunking service in the DTAG CompanyFlex portal.

Order the CompanyFlex SIP Trunking service from DTAG

Log in to the DTAG CompanyFlex portal (https://bsp.geschaeftskunden.telekom.de).

Navigate to the number(s) assigned to the Live Hub platform and note the following:

DTAG SIP Servers FQDNs (e.g., 123456789.primary.companyflex.de and 123456789.secondary.companyflex.de)
-
SIP Username
-
SIP Password
-
The range of the DID numbers, assigned to your SIP Trunk
-

You will need this information when configuring Live Hubas described below.
Create SIP Connections in Live Hub
The following procedure describes how to create SIP connections in Live Hub, that represents your DTAG CompanyFlex SIP Trunking account.
To create SIP connections in Live Hub, do the following:

Log in to Live Hub.

From the navigation menu, choose SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP connection.

Click the GENERAL tab, and then under the GENERAL group:

In the 'Name' field, enter the unique SIP Connection name (e.g., DTAG).

From the 'Provider Type' drop-down list, select SIP Trunk.

From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select DTAG CompanyFlex SIP Trunk.

Under the SOURCE NUMBERS group:

If you have a CLIP No Screening agreement with DTAG:
-
From the ‘Service Number’ drop-down list, select Used.

In the ‘Service Number Value’ field, enter the DID from the range of the DTAG numbers, assigned to the Live Hub platform.

From the ‘P-Asserted-Identity’ drop-down list, select Service Number.

If you don’t have a CLIP No Screening agreement with DTAG:

From the ‘Service Number’ drop-down list, select Not Used.

From the ‘P-Asserted-Identity’ drop-down list, select Calling Number.

Under the REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION group:

In the 'Credentials’ field, enter the <SIP-username> and <SIP password>, as displayed in your DTAG CompanyFlex configuration screen.

Click the INCOMING tab:

Select the 'Source IP Address' check box.

Select the 'Dialed Numbers (DIDs)' check box.

Click Add, and then configure DIDs (assigned by DTAG to your SIP Trunk), for all calls that will be sent by DTAG CompanyFlex to Live Hub.

Click the OUTGOING tab, and under the ADDRESSES group:

Click Add to create a new entry:

In the 'ADDRESS' field, enter the primary DTAG SIP Servers FQDN.

In the 'PROTOCOL' field, enter TLS.

Click Add again, and then create another entry.

In the 'ADDRESS' field, enter the secondary DTAG SIP Servers FQDN.

In the 'PROTOCOL' field, enter “TLS”.

Click Create to create a new SIP Connection.
