Connecting Easybell SIP Trunking to Live Hub

This section describes how to connect Easybell SIP Trunking to .Live Hub.

To connect Easybell SIP Trunking to Live Hub, do the following:

  1. Configure SIP Trunking in the Easybell portal.

  2. Create SIP Connections in .Live Hub.

    Configure SIP Trunking in Easybell portal

    The following procedure describes how to configure SIP Trunking in the Easybell portal.

    To configure SIP Trunking in the Easybell portal, do the following:

    1. Log in to the Easybell portal (https://easybell.de)

    2. Click MANAGE PHONE NUMBERS.

    3. Click the number assigned to the Live Hub platform.

    4. Note the <SIP-Username> and <SIP-Password>. You will need them when configuring the ,Live Hub.

    5. In the ‘Calling line identification (CLIP)’ configuration dialog, for ‘SIP field containing CLIP’ select P-Asserted-Identity.

    6. In the ‘Incoming number signaling’ configuration dialog, select E.164 format.

    Create SIP Connections in Live Hub

    The following procedure describes how to create SIP connections in Live Hub, that represents your Easybell SIP Trunking account.

    1. Log in to Live Hub

    2. From the navigation menu, choose SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP connection.

    3. Click the GENERAL tab and under the GENERAL group:

      1. In the 'Name' field, enter the unique SIP Connection name (e.g., Easybell).

      2. From the 'Provider Type' drop-down list, select SIP Trunk.

      3. From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select Easybell SIP Trunk.

    4. Under the REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION group:

      1. From the ‘Registration’ drop-down list, select Enabled.

      2. In the ‘Contact name’ field, enter the <SIP-Username>, as displayed in the Easybell portal.

      3. In the ‘Credentials’ field, enter the <SIP-Username> and <SIP-Password>, as displayed in the Easybell portal.

    5. Click Create to create a new SIP Connection.
