Connecting Mitel Contact Center to the Live Hub

This section describes how to connect Mitel Contact Center to Live Hub.

To connect Mitel to Live Hub platform, do the following:

  1. Create SIP Connections inLive Hub .

  2. Configure all Mitel Call Center Entities.

  3. Update the SIP Connection in Live Hub

Create SIP Connections inLive Hub

The following procedure describes how to create a SIP Connection in Live Hub, that represents your Mitel Call Center account. The connection is created with default settings, by doing the following:

  1. Log in to Live Hub.

  2. From the navigation menu, choose SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP Connection.

  3. Click the GENERAL tab, and then under the General group:

    1. In the ‘Name’ field, enter the unique SIP Connection name (e.g., Mitel).

    2. From the ‘Provider Type’ drop-down list, select Contact Center.

    3. From the ‘Provider’ drop-down list, select Mitel Call Center.

  4. Click the INCOMING tab, and then under the AUTHENTICATION group:

    1. Select the FQDN (Request-URI) check box.

    2. Copy the displayed SIP Connection FQDN value. You will need this value when configuring your Mitel Call Center.

  5. Click Create to create the new SIP Connection.

Configure all Mitel Call Center Entities

The following procedure describes how to configure the Mitel Call Center for connection with Live Hub .

To configure the Mitel Call Center:

  1. Download the Mitel interop document.

  2. Complete the Mitel Call Center configuration.

Update the SIP Connection in Live Hub

The following procedure describes how to update Mitel Call Center SIP Connection with your Mitel Call Center configuration as described above.

To update the Mitel Call Center SIP Connection:

  1. Log in to .Live Hub

  2. From the navigation menu, choose Mitel Call Center, created above.

  3. Click the OUTGOING tab, and under the ADDRESSES group, click Add to create a new entry.

    1. In the ‘ADDRESS’ field, enter the <address> of your Mitel Call Center.

    2. In the ‘PORT’ field, enter the <port> of your Mitel Call Center.

    3. In the ‘PROTOCOL’ field, enter the <protocol> of your Mitel Call Center.

  1. Click Update to update the SIP Connection with new parameters.
