Connecting oneCentral SIP Trunk to Live Hub
This section describes how to connect oneCentral SIP Trunking to Live Hub.
To connect oneCentral SIP Trunking to Live Hub, do the following:
Contact oneCentral SIP Trunk Account Team for Ordering Connection
The following procedure describes how to order SIP Trunking service from oneCentral.
To order SIP Trunking service from oneCentral, do the following:

Contact oneCentral Support Team (support@onecentral.net), and then order a SIP Trunking service. oneCentral provides you with configuration information for your account.

Note the <SIP username> and <SIP password>. You will need them when configuring Live Hub as described below.
Create SIP Connections in Live Hub
The following procedure describes how to create SIP connections in Live Hub, that represent your oneCentral SIP Trunking account.

Log in to Live Hub.

From the navigation menu, choose SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP connection.

Click the GENERAL tab, and then under the GENERAL group,

In the 'Name' field, enter the unique SIP Connection name (e.g., oneCentral).

From the 'Provider Type' drop-down list, select SIP Trunk.

From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select oneCentral SIP Trunk.

Under the REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION group:

From the ‘Registration’drop-down list, select Enabled.

In the ‘Contact name’ field, enter the <SIP username>, as received from oneCentral.

In the ‘Credentials’ field, enter the <SIP username> and <SIP password>, as received from oneCentral.

Click the INCOMING tab:

Select the 'Source IP Address' check box.

Select the 'Dialed Numbers (DIDs)' check box.

Click Add, and then enter the destination number that will be sent by oneCentral to Live Hub and click
. The number must be in E.164 format and must start with plus (+) sign.

Repeat the previous step if you plan to send multiple numbers from oneCentral to Live Hub.

Click Create to create a new SIP Connection.
