Connecting 3CX Call Center to Live Hub
This section describes how to connect 3CX Call Center to the Live Hub.
To connect 3CX Call Center to AudioCodes Live Hub platform complete the following steps:
Create SIP Connection in Live Hub
The following procedure describes how to create a SIP Connection in the Live Hub that represents your 3CX Call Center account. The connection is created with default settings, that will be updated in the following steps:

Log in to your Live Hub.

In the navigation menu, select SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP Connection.

Under the GENERAL tab (In the GENERAL section):

For ‘Name’, enter a unique SIP Connection name (e.g., 3CX).

For ‘Provider Type’, select Contact Center.
-
For ‘Provider’, select 3CX Call Center.

Under the INCOMING tab (In the AUTHENTICATION section):

Check the FQDN (Request-URI) checkbox. Write down (e.g. copy/paste to some text document on your laptop/PC) the displayed ‘SIP Connection FQDN’ value. You will need to send this value to your 3CX Call Center provider.

Check Source IP Address.

Click Create to create a new SIP Connection.
Contact 3CX Call Center Provider
Contact your 3CX Call Center provider and ask them to provision connection with Live Hub in your account. Provide them the SIP Connection FQDN value as determined in the previous step.
You should receive from your 3CX Call Center provider the following information:

IP address <address> – signaling FQDN or IP address of 3CX Call Center.

Signaling port <port> – signaling port of 3CX Call Center.

Transport type <transport> – transport type (UDP/TCP/TLS) of 3CX Call Center.

Authentication parameters <username>, <password>, and <contact-name> – Authentication parameters that Live Hub uses to authenticate itself with 3CX Call Center.
Update SIP Connection in Live Hub
The following procedure updates 3CX Call Center SIP Connection with your 3CX Call Center configuration as determined in the previous step.

Log in to your Live Hub.

In the navigation menu, select 3CX Call Center, created in the first step.

If you received authentication parameters from your 3CX Call Center provider, configure them as described; otherwise proceed to the next bullet.

Under the GENERAL tab (In the REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION section):

For ‘Registration’, select Enabled.

For ‘Contact name’, enter the <contact-name> name, of your 3CX Call Center .

For ‘Credentials’, enter the <username> and <password> of your 3CX Call Center .

Under the OUTGOING tab (In the ADDRESSES section):

Click Add to create a new entry.

For ‘ADDRESS’, enter the <address> of your 3CX Call Center.

For ‘PORT’, enter the <port> of your 3CX Call Center.

For ‘PROTOCOL’, choose the <protocol> of your 3CX Call Center.

Click Update to update the SIP Connection with new parameters.
