Connecting Colt SIP Trunking to Live Hub

This section describes how to connect Colt SIP Trunking to Live Hub.

To connect Colt SIP Trunking to AudioCodes Live Hub, complete the following:

  1. Order SIP Trunking services from the Colt.

  1. Create SIP Connections in AudioCodes Live Hub.

    Order SIP Trunking services from the Colt

    The following procedure describes how to order service from the Colt portal.

    1. Contact Colt Sales to order SIP Trunking services.

    1. Colt will provide you with an IP address of the Colt Servers and with DID number(s) assigned to the AudioCodes Live Hub platform information. You will need them during the AudioCodes Live Hub platform’s SIP Connection provisioning.

      Create SIP Connections in AudioCodes Live Hub

    The following procedure describes how to create SIP connections in AudioCodes Live Hub, that represent your Colt SIP Trunking account.

    1. Log in to your AudioCodes Live Hub.

    2. From the navigation menu, choose SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP connection.

    3. Click the GENERAL tab:

      1. Under the GENERAL group:

        • In the 'Name' field, enter the unique SIP Connection name (e.g., Colt).

        • From the 'Provider Type' drop-down list, select SIP Trunk.

        • From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select Colt SIP Trunk.

    1. Click the INCOMIMG tab:

      1. Verify the ‘Source IP Address’ check box is checked.

      2. Select the ‘Dialed Numbers (DIDs)’ check box.

      3. Click the ‘Add’ button, and then add all DIDs, received from the Colt SIP Trunk.

    1. Click the OUTGOING tab:

      1. Under the ADDRESSES group, click Add to create a new entry:

        • In the 'ADDRESS' field, enter the IP address of the Colt Server received from the Colt SIP Trunk.

        • In the 'PORT' field, enter “5060”.

        • In the 'PROTOCOL' field, enter “UDP”.

    2. Click Create to create a new SIP Connection.
