Connecting TATA Communications SIP Trunk to Live Hub
This section describes how to connect TATA Communications SIP Trunk to Live Hub.
To connect TATA Communications SIP Trunk to Live Hub, complete the following steps:
1. Get TATA Communications SIP Trunk Server Address.
2. Create SIP Connection in Live Hub.
Get TATA Communications SIP Trunk Server Address
Contact TATA Communications customer support via the Contact Us form on the TATA Communications website – https://www.tatacommunications.com/contact-us/. Ask them to provide you with the SIP Trunk Server Address – either FQDN or IP address.
Create SIP Connection in Live Hub
The following procedure describes how to create a SIP connection in Live Hub, that represents your TATA Communications SIP Trunk.
1. Log in to your Live Hub.
2. From the navigation menu, select SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP connection.
3. Click the GENERAL tab:

Under the GENERAL group:

In the 'Name' field, enter the unique SIP Connection name (e.g., TATA).

From the 'Provider Type' drop-down list, select SIP Trunk.

From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select TATA Communications SIP Trunk.

4. Click the INCOMING tab:

Under the AUTHENTICATION group, select the FQDN (Request-URI) and Source IP Address check boxes.

Write down (e.g., copy/paste to some text document on your laptop/PC) the displayed SIP Connection FQDN value. Provide this value to the TATA Communications representative, so that they configure outbound connection from your SIP Trunk towards AudioCodes Live Hub.
5. Click the OUTGOING tab:

Under the ADDRESSES group, click Add to create a new entry.

In the 'ADDRESS' field, enter the value of SIP Trunk Server Address provided by TATA Communications representative.

In the 'PORT' field, enter “5061”.

In the 'PROTOCOL' field, enter “TLS”.

6. Click Create to create a new SIP Connection.
