Connecting Techbase Call Center to Live Hub

This section describes how to connect Techbase Call Center to the Live Hub.

To connect Techbase Call Center to AudioCodes Live Hub platform complete the following steps:

  1. Create SIP Connection in Live Hub.

  2. Contact Techbase Call Center Support

  3. Update SIP Connection in Live Hub.

Create SIP Connection in Live Hub

The following procedure describes how to create a SIP Connection in the Live Hub that represents your Techbase Call Center account. The connection is created with default settings, that will be updated in the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Live Hub.

  2. In the navigation menu, select SIP Connections, and then click the Add new SIP connection button to add a new SIP Connection.

  3. Under the GENERAL tab (In the GENERAL section):

    • For ‘Name’, enter unique SIP Connection name (e.g., Techbase).

    • For ‘Provider Type’, select Contact Center.

    • For ‘Provider’, select Techbase Call Center.

  4. Under the INCOMING tab (In the AUTHENTICATION section):

    • Check the FQDN (Request-URI) checkbox. Write down (e.g. copy/paste to some text document on your laptop/PC) the displayed ‘SIP Connection FQDN’ value. You will need to send this value to your Techbase Call Center support.

    • Check Source IP Address.

  5. Click Create to create a new SIP Connection.

Contact Techbase Call Center Support

Contact your Techbase Call Center support (https://techbase.com.pt) and ask them to provision connection with Live Hub in your account. Provide them the SIP Connection FQDN value as determined in the previous step.

You should receive from your Techbase Call Center support the following information:

Update SIP Connection in Live Hub

The following procedure describes how to update the Techbase Call Center SIP Connection with your Techbase Call Center configuration as determined in the previous step.

  1. Log in to your Live Hub.

  2. In the navigation menu, select Techbase Call Center, created in the first step.

  3. If you received authentication parameters from your Techbase Call Center support, configure them as described; otherwise proceed to the next bullet.

  4. Under the GENERAL tab (In the REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION section):

    • For ‘Registration’, select Enabled.

    • For ‘Contact name’, enter the <contact-name> name, of your Techbase Call Center .

    • For ‘Credentials’, enter the <username> and <password> of your Techbase Call Center .

  5. Under the OUTGOING tab (In the ADDRESSES section):

    • Click Add to create a new entry.

    • For ‘ADDRESS’, enter the <address> of your Techbase Call Center.

    • For ‘PORT’, enter the <port> of your Techbase Call Center.

    • For ‘PROTOCOL’, choose the <protocol> of your Techbase Call Center.

  6. Click Update to update the SIP Connection with new parameters.
