SIP connections
This section describes how to create SIP Connections in Live Hub by using the wizard or by editing predefined SIP Connections.
Trial plan account users can configure up to two SIP connections.
A SIP connection can be any of the following provider types:

SIP trunk
-
Contact center
-
Unified Communication (UC) platform
Live Hub has been tested for integration with numerous providers. Therefore, when configuring a SIP Connection for any of these providers (selected from a drop-down list in the wizard), configuration is quick and easy, with few required parameter settings. For configuration details per provider, click here.
For providers that have not been tested for integration with Live Hub (i.e., not listed in the wizard), you need configure the SIP Connection for generic SIP providers, contact centers or UC (selecting Generic SIP Trunk, Generic Contact Center or Generic Unified-Communication Platform in the wizard). The generic option includes many configuration parameters and therefore, you should have advanced knowledge and be familiar with Voice-over-IP (VoIP) and SIP concepts.
