Downloading the DSP Core Dump File

The device automatically creates a DSP Core Dump file whenever a DSP restart occurs. This file captures information about the DSP processes prior to the restart.

You can download the DSP Core Dump file to your computer for debugging. The file is downloaded in 7-Zip archive file format (.7z).

The Web interface displays the DSP Core Dump file download functionality only when all the following conditions are met:
A DSP Core Dump file has been generated.
You're logged in as an Administrator or a Security Administrator user.
The DSP Core Dump file is temporarily stored on the device's RAM. Therefore, it's deleted upon a device restart.

1. Open the Debug Files page (Troubleshoot menu > Troubleshoot tab > Debug folder > Debug Files).
