Configuring Default Password for Configuration Package File
You can configure the default password that protects (encrypt) the Configuration Package file for the following scenarios:

When uploading a password-protected Configuration Package file to the device through the Automatic Update feature (see the configuration-pkg command). |

■
|
When downloading a password-protected Configuration Package file from the device through SFTP. |

To configure default password for Configuration Package file: |

1.

Open the Administration Settings page (Setup menu > Administration tab > Web & CLI folder > Administration Settings). |
|
2.
|
In the 'Default password for configuration package' field, type the password. |
