Troubleshooting AudioCodes SBC This course focuses on techniques and methods for troubleshooting AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBCs) using Syslog and other diagnostic tools. It is a lab-oriented class designed to provide hands-on experience with troubleshooting before progressing to more advanced courses. Participants will debug an Enterprise SBC (E-SBC) environment using the Demo lab system and simulated case logs. |
