Onsite Training Requirements

The following requirements are necessary for AudioCodes on-site training:

Training Room Setup

The room should be arranged in a classroom style, with a projector and screen positioned at the front. All attendees must have an unobstructed view of the screen.

■

The room should be spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all participants.

■

The training room must provide high-speed internet access for attendees' laptops/PCs.

Participant Requirements

■

Attendees are required to bring their own laptops for the hands-on labs. The laptops must have the following software installed:

A web browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

●

Adobe Acrobat Reader for accessing course materials.

●

The TeamViewer client application (an active account is required).

■

Hands-on labs will be conducted in a remote lab environment, accessed via TeamViewer.
