Viewing transcription of live calls

You can view live calls in the VoiceAI Connect's Web interface, which displays the speech-to-text transcription (hypothesis) of the user's input and the bot's response.

Before you can view the transcription of live calls, you (as Administrator) need to enable the storage in CDRs of the transcription. This is done using the following bots parameter:

Enables the storage (viewing) of the speech-to-text hypothesis (transcription) of live calls.

The hypothesis is stored only when the call is live, and cleared when the call ends.

Possible values:

  • true: Enables storage (viewing) of hypothesis

  • false: (Default) Disables storage (viewing) of hypothesis

This parameter is applicable to VoiceAI Connect Enterprise Version 3.18.2 and later.

To view transcription of live calls:

  1. From the Navigation menu, click Live Calls.

  2. Under the Bots group, select the bot that you want to view.

  3. Under the Live Calls group, select the specific call.
