Communication APIs
VoiceAI Connect uses one of the following communication APIs to integrate with the bot framework:

Text channel APIs: Communicates by sending and receiving text messages, and uses external text-to-speech and speech-to-text service providers to translate between the text-based messages of the bot framework and the voice-based traffic of the telephony channel.

Audio channel APIs: Communicates by sending and receiving audio messages, implementing the bot framework's text-to-speech and speech-to-text capabilities.
