Live Hub

AudioCodes Live Hub is an intuitive, self-service portal for connecting and orchestrating multiple enterprise voice communications services. Live Hub lets you connect voice engagement channels (e.g. SIP trunks), conversational AI platforms and business voice applications (including unified communications and contact center) while enriching them with cognitive voice services (such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice analytics etc.).

With just a few clicks, enterprises, solution providers and system integrators can connect a vast array of pre-integrated SIP trunks, bot frameworks, cognitive speech services and contact center platforms, as well as defining call routing rules – all without writing a single line of code. Live Hub also offers an open API to generate additional integrations and build customized voice services.

VoiceAI Connect Enterprise

VoiceAI Connect Enterprise offers the full set of VoiceAI Connect capabilities, including features such as agent assist, outbound calls, and call recording. It can be customized to suit any customer’s specific needs, allowing you to also bring your own carrier, contact center, UC, speech-to-text and text-to-speech service providers.

To address your privacy and security requirements, VoiceAI Connect Enterprise offers multiple deployment options, ranging from a multi-tenant to a dedicated setup on an AudioCodes cloud account, or a dedicated setup on the customer's public cloud account or private data center.

VoiceAI Connect Enterprise is offered as a fully managed service, where AudioCodes is responsible for installation, software upgrades, configuration, integration, and active monitoring.
