Deleting Chat Interaction Settings

The procedure below describes how to delete Webchat Interaction Settings.

To delete a Webchat Interaction Setting:

1.

Open Chat Interaction Settings page (Configuration > Interaction Manager > Chat); the following appears:

Select the webchat interaction check box that you want to delete.

From the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu, choose Delete Chat Settings.

Click OK.
