Create Customized Historical Reports Over API

With the new reporting API, Tenant Administrators can automatically pull interaction records from Voca CIC into existing business intelligence tools, allowing for customized reports tailored to specific contact center metrics. The API enables Tenant Administrators to extract the raw interaction data and integrate the insights into a reporting platform, such as Power BI, to design and build dashboards to suit operational requirements. With this feature, interaction reporting becomes more customizable, offering full control over how the data is represented.
