Show Power BI Reports

The Show BI reports functionality lets you display embedded Power BI reports that have been loaded to Live Platform. These reports display Snapshot summaries of the managed Live Platform entities. For example, the Metering Dashboard summary displays the following:

Breakdown for the main service types: Devices, UCaaS, Voca and Live CX.

■

Breakdown for the number of active Service Providers, Channels, Customers, Devices

■

Breakdown for the number of active DIDs and users

■

Summary of Active Voice Users according to date.

To display a Power BI report:

1.

Open the Power BI page (Quality of Experience > Reports > Power BI).

2.

Select the Report Category and then click Show.

The following displays the Metering Reports summary.
