Voca CIC Onboarding Prerequisites

Verify with your service provider that your channel is enabled for the Voca CIC service. When enabled, you can view the enabled service under the Services tab in the Channel Details.

Verify that the customer for which you wish to deploy Voca CIC services is enabled for the Voca CIC service.
