Using this option, the Service Provider or Channel uploads numbers to Live Platform and the customer must then upload and sync the numbers to their Webex Cloud Connect platform (Onboarding the Non-Integrated Service)

Using this option, the Service Provider or Channel uploads numbers to Live Platform and synchronizes them to the customer Webex Cloud Connect platform. This option requires the customer to provide consent using the Invitation URL sent in an email to their admin account (Onboarding the Integrated Service)
